Mitarbeiter für die technische / kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

Kaufmännische und technische Auftragsabwicklung (mit Lieferanten und Kunden)

Erstellung von Mengenaufmaßen nach Rücksprache mit der Projektleitung

Erstellung von Preisanfragen und Angeboten

Abstimmung Produktspezifikationen mit den entsprechenden Fachbereichen

Koordination von Projektbesprechungen

Stammdatenanlage und -pflege im ERP System

Umsetzung und Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse

Ihr Profil

Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten

Hohes Maß an Organisationsbereitschaft

Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit

Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
